Slovácké muzeum
About This Museum
You know how most regional museums can feel a bit dusty? Well, the Slovácké muzeum in Uherské Hradiště is a vibrant and living celebration of Moravian Slovakia that completely bucks the trend. It dives deep into the soul of the region, from its rich folk traditions and incredible music to the intricate crafts that define its identity. I was especially struck by how it connects these traditions to the people and landscapes that created them. It’s not just looking at history in a glass case—it feels like you're getting a real, heartfelt story.
