It’s a massive, multi-story labyrinth of tunnels, cellars, and deep wells that people have been using since the 14th century. The sheer scale of it is mind-boggling; it really makes you appreciate how much history is hidden right under your feet.

The tour guides show you things like a replica of a medieval tavern cellar and an actual historical water well that they'd lower buckets into.
