The South Australian Museum is a five-story treasure chest right on North Terrace, absolutely packed with everything from sparkling minerals to ancient fossils. Don't miss the incredible biodiversity gallery with its blue whale skeleton and that famous giant squid. The Australian Aboriginal Cultures Gallery is a massive and moving collection of over 3,000 items, including beautiful dot paintings and historic tools.
