CMV - Children's Museum Verona
About This Museum
Who knew a children's museum could be so stunningly housed in a former cavalry barracks? You walk in and the space feels both grand and completely inviting, a perfect mix of historic Italian architecture and modern, playful design. My kids immediately vanished into a massive, multi-level castle made of soft blocks, while another room let them engineer intricate waterway systems with locks and dams. Itβs the kind of place where learning feels like pure, unadulterated play, and you have to practically drag them out when it's time to leave.
Collection Highlights
Highlights include the incredible Castello di Bolle (Castle of Bubbles) where kids get enveloped in giant soap spheres, and the ingenious water play area, Diga delle Idee, for building and testing hydraulic engineering concepts.
