You'd never guess that this unassuming wooden house, tucked away on a quiet Lamphun street, holds the life's work of one of Northern Thailand's most respected artists. Stepping inside is like stepping directly into Pichit Yota's creative mind. The air smells of old teak and oil paint, and every surface tells a story. It feels less like a museum and more like the artist has just stepped out for a moment, leaving his world for you to explore.
Collection Highlights
You'll find his iconic, almost dreamlike paintings of Lanna women and rural life, their colors both vibrant and deeply peaceful. Look closely and you'll also discover his personal collections of antique pottery, tribal textiles, and weathered farmer's hats—the everyday objects that inspired his art.
