Bob Marley Museum
About This Museum
Now, what really sets this place apart isn't just that it was Bob's home, but that it still feels like it. The energy here on Hope Road is palpable, from the rustling leaves in the yard to the very walls that seem to hum with history. This was his creative sanctuary and Tuff Gong headquarters, a place where music and message were one. It’s not a sterile exhibit; it’s a living monument.
Collection Highlights
You'll walk through his modest kitchen and see his simple gold records hanging on the wall just as he left them. But the most powerful room might be the one with the bullet holes from the 1976 assassination attempt, a stark reminder of the turbulent times he lived through. Of course, there's also an incredible treasure trove of stage costumes, personal letters, and of course, his beloved guitars.
